Expect a great evening with plenty of opportunity to get up on the dance floor late into the night – or at least for as long as the bar staff stay awake!

All timings are approximate, but you get the idea!!
All guests are welcome to pay for future events or subs etc but it would be appreciated if you could do this between 10.00 & 10.30 in the lounge so the committee can enjoy the weekend along with everyone else.
Advance booking is available for next year Details will be available shortly.
A club photographer will be taking some photos over the weekend if you don't wish to be included or if you do want to be included, in that or any other activity please just let the committee know.

Settling Bills,
The cost for the weekend is £175pp £20 of that goes towards club expenses and £155 is due to the hotel
Your nett deposit will have been passed to the hotel leaving you to settle your balance on departure.
